A public hearing was called at 6:03
pm. Lee and Bobbie Feldhaus requested a

C & L Villa. The Planning Commission
stated that the larger trailers would not meet front and rear lot requirements and
a green space with a park is required by the MH Zoning District. Feldhaus said they cannot locate the smaller
trailers and that liability insurance would be too high for a park within the
green space. The hearing adjourned at
6:25 pm.
Action was taken to adopt Resolution
16-01, Variance to approve placement of larger trailers within C & L Villa
as shown on the plan submitted by the Feldhauses, removal of a storage shed at
lot 12 to allow for a green space and removal of the trailer on lot 8 to allow
for construction of a storage shed.
The
meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.

Six Year Street Plan. Action for

Report was presented. Concern of a

Committee to close First St. from Elm St. to Vine St. during Mead Days 2016;
and acknowledged the resignation of Ken Schultz as Dumpmaster.

7:50 pm for the prevention of needless injury to a reputation for job
performance evaluation of the Clerk/Treasurer.
