Raver and Police Chief Carlson.  Guests were Lee and Bobbie Feldhaus, Rick Miller, Melissa Konecky and Julie Ogden.
The board entered a Board of Adjustment Meeting/Hearing at 6:02 pm.
BOARD OF ADJUSTENT MEETING/HEARING:  Roll call showed the following members present:  Chairman Havelka; Board members:  Wielage, Wimer and alternate Guyle.  Absent were Nicola and Weible.
A public hearing was called at 6:03 pm.  Lee and Bobbie Feldhaus requested a hearing to address the denial by the Planning Commission for larger trailers at C & L Villa.  The Planning Commission stated that the larger trailers would not meet front and rear lot requirements and a green space with a park is required by the MH Zoning District.  Feldhaus said they cannot locate the smaller trailers and that liability insurance would be too high for a park within the green space.  The hearing adjourned at 6:25 pm.
Action was taken to adopt Resolution 16-01, Variance to approve placement of larger trailers within C & L Villa as shown on the plan submitted by the Feldhauses, removal of a storage shed at lot 12 to allow for a green space and removal of the trailer on lot 8 to allow for construction of a storage shed.
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.
SCHEDULED GUEST:  Street Supt. Julie Ogden reviewed the One and Six Year Street Plan.  Action for approval will take place at the February 9 Regular Meeting.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:  Second readings were heard on Ord. 671, Building Permits & addition of Maintenance Code; Ord. 672, Occupation tax on cell towers; & Ord 673, Zoning Regulations.
